We hope that you love the coffee or product purchased, but if for some reason you are unhappy with what we have sent please email us in 14 days for options. If it is longer than this then no refund or replacement can be given.
Changing your mind
If after placing the order and before despatch you change your mind either a full refund can be given or if you prefer, a different product supplied and any change in price either a partial charge or refund will be made. If you change your mind after despatch, the goods must be returned as long as they are in perfect, unused and complete condition. You will incur the cost of returning the goods. If the item is sent back we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery so ‘proof of delivery’ is advised. Once received the goods will be checked and once confirmed a refund or replacement issued.
Damaged or Incorrect orders
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then please contact us and we will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us with proof of incorrect or damaged goods and we can arrange the goods to be returned and either a refund or an alternative supplied.
